Complex intervention research for families with prior gestational diabetes mellitus

Ugeskr Læger 2018;180:V03180168

Women with prior gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) have a seven-fold increased risk of developing Type 2 diabetes. There are currently no systematic initiatives in Denmark to ensure prevention of Type 2 diabetes in this target group.
